Administrative Assistant

Tracy joined the team in February of 2018, and her key role is to manage the administrative duties such as client account opening, account updating, contribution set up and changes, managing Shane’s calendar and appointment preparation, assisting clients with inquiries on their accounts and ensuring all client's communications with the office are always pleasant and efficient.

She has been in the financial industry for over 25 years working in various roles. Over the years, she has acquired several Client Service and Administrative Course Certificates, her MFDA license and Tax Preparation certificates.

On a personal note, she enjoys the smaller town feel over the big city life, her family is in Orangeville where her two boys were raised. You can find her spending time with her family and friends, spoiling her rescue dogs, or riding around on a motorcycle in her free time.
